I. Objectives

At the end of 30 minutes discussion, 75 % of the students will be able to:

a. identify correctly “Ang mga Uri ng Likas na Yaman” by telling its name using the pictures;

b. cooperate enthusiastically with the group activities of ways they can do to preserve our “Likas na Yaman” by presenting it to the class in a creative way;

c. make a poster creatively showing the importance of preserving the “Likas na Yaman” here in the Philippines on a oslo paper.

II. Subject-Matter

III. Procedure

A. Preparatory

1. Motivation

The students will play Charades and they will be divided into 2 Teams. Each team must have a representative to act the word being guess. They will be guessing the following words: “Dagat, Kagubatan, Lupa, Mineral.”

B. Development of the lesson

1. Presentation

The teacher will make a follow up with the words after it the teacher will show the students a video presentation entitled “Mga Uri ng Likas na Yaman.”

2. Analysis and Discussion

a. The teacher will discuss about the “Mga Uri ng Likas na Yaman” and give some examples of “Yamang Dagat, Yamang Kagubatan, Yamang Mineral at Yamang Lupa” using the pictures inserted in the powerpoint presentation.

b. The teacher will ask more examples from the student as what they have saw from their surroundings.

c. The teacher will discuss the importance of this “Likas na Yaman” to us and why should we take good care of it.

d. The teacher will discuss that this “Likas na Yaman” is divided into two category which are “Yamang Nauubos at Di Nauubos”

e. The teacher will ask the students to give another examples of “Yamang nauubos at yamang di nauubos.”
