The company established procedure for the identification and provision of training requirements for all staff performing activities affecting a quality identified, Categories and documented.
The company ensures personnel affecting product quality are component on the basis of appropriate education, Training, skills and experience. Evidences are filed in each employees 201 file.
The purpose of the procedure is ti establish and maintain documented procedure for identifying training needs and provide training to all personnel performing activities affecting quality.
The nature of the company`s activities is such that he majority of technical activities are undertaken bu qualified and experience personnel within their discipline. However , a system shall be maintained to identify additional training and certification requirements, and to provide records such training program.
All personnel records shall be maintained for all personnel directly employed by the company. The records shall include but not limited to their educational qualification,experiences and training.
