1. Why do you think it is important for HR to be a strategic partner to the business?

The importance for HR to be a strategic partner to the business is growing day by day. Now a day the human resources are scarce in the world and thus it is important to increase their importance in the business sectors also. Moreover it is also very important to involve the Human resource in the strategic planning of the industry because it is not possible to execute the strategic ideas only with the help of capital and technological devices. To implement the successful strategic ideas there is a necessity of man power. It also establishes long term relationship between the business partners. It leads to the success of the organization. It is also require increasing the productivity and ultimately the productivity of the organization. It also leads to increase the globalization in the business landscape.

2. What benefits do you think the employees derive from this arrangement?

The employees will be at the most advantageous position from if human resource becomes a strategic partner in the business. This is because it will give a chance to the employees to prove their skills and talents which are being hidden when they are not the part of the organization as a strategic partner. Their suggestion and ideas are also considered as important ones. Their talents are also getting known to the organization. Moreover the employee will become more alert and efficient because their position in the organization will improve afterwards. Their innovative ideas are taken as the basis of discussion. The employees turnover will also get down because the company will not going to lose the asset of the organization. Moreover the employees will also indulge in the training and educational activities. They get to know about their organization in a more detailed way. The relationship between the employees and the organization will get stronger than before.
