Tell me about a time when you had to solve a difficult problem- what was your thought process and outcome??

At my previous job we had a major problem dealing with an international order of food products that we needed to deliver in time, and we were having problems finding a flight with the airline that we have been working with, and after assessing our options we decided to change of airline, and we were able to successfully deliver the order before our deadline and in good conditions. And as a result of that change we decided to stay with the new airline because it was more reliable and it also because costs were cheaper compare to the old airline and it make increase our sales because were more reliable.

Describe a situation when you worked with a person whose personality was the opposite of yours? How did you deal with it?

a situation when I worked with a person whose personality was the opposite to mine, was one project assigned to us in the one we needed to work on the company strategy to increase sales, and since I knew that we were very different the first thing I did was to come up with a plan on how to manage the assignment and have a clear communication to prevent any conflicts between us. And the outcome was great
