DECISON MAKING PROCESS

In the world according to the most of the people, making decisions is the most important think for life that’s why people usually make their decisions very hard. Mostly they are trying to find best possible choice for themselves but what is the best possible choice and how can we find the best solution it is the main question. According to these questions in business decisions also takes very important place in not only in management but also in organizations. In this paper I would like to explain and summarize manager’s different approaches while making decisions.

First of all before making decisions we should decide in which way we are going to make decisions. For example do we need to make decisions according to the fact or evidence based or do we need to make decisions according to the instincts? And according to the required reading namely “Is Decision-Based Evidence Making Necessarily Bad?” organizations think firstly that, decision making based on evidences would create more profitable and effective in structure so they have invested in data processing, ad hoc and analytical tools. But within time, it has been understood that evidence can make difference roles in decision-making and be benefited in different forms.

If I need to sum up, in every decision we need to support our decision with evidences that’s why I suggest a little bit more than the article suggest about decision-based evidence making model, because this way is more efficient and more correct way to reach the better decision.
