In this paper we discuss about the interference which is prevailing in the Femto as well as in macro cells. To enhance the coverage as well as capacity of the system the interference has to be eliminated in the Femto cells. The cognitive radio can be the solution when it comes to the heterogeneous networks for two-tier. Even assigning of the radio resource on time as well as on frequency and novel decoding techniques are also assisting in removal of interference. The Gibbs Sampler can be a promising one when it comes to elimination of the intratier and cross tier interference. In 4G Networks, all the resource blocks are been accessed simultaneously which implies as universal frequency. The areas where the coverage is weak and even the utilization of the spectrum is inefficient can be resolved by using the Femto cells along with macro cells. Moreover, the wireless capacity can be increased by the help of Femto as well as macro.

The cross –tier interference can be defined as the interference of the local node and macro node when there tier are different. Whereas, Intratier interference is defined as when interference of the macro and local are present on similar tier. The interference has will not allow when it comes to utilization of the resource blocks simultaneously. The allocation of the resources are done by the OFDM in time- frequency. The control over the power of transmission signal is accomplished by the space domain and lastly the antenna spatiality results in MIMO.

The Femto cells are replacing the macro cells because the operations are similar and more over the cost of installing is less when compared to macro. By deploying the Femto in indoor high quality of transmission can be obtained. But, the deploying of Femto cells without prior network planning can result as aggressors.
