Use Case: Project Manager assigns Project Team Member as Project Leader

Purpose: To assign a project team member as the project leader

Overview: A project manager wants to assign a project leader to a project and starts at the Role Assignment Page. Using his identification from log on, the system displays all the existing projects for the Project Manager. The project manager selects a project, and the role assignments for the project are displayed. The project manager selects a team member and his/her qualifications are displayed. The Project Manager continues to review team member qualifications until one is assigned as project leader. This new project leader is notified of the assignment.
