Introduction

In any organizational behavior, the center stage of which is the emphasis on the employees’ behavior and on how they create a distinct identity within the organization and how a distinct culture developed. Any matters concerning employees’ performance, behavior or even role in the organization are studied on under organizational behavior. This study plays an important role in the life of an organization since the role of employees is vital in the growth of any organization. Performance of employees in any organization is measured on customers’ feedbacks and reactions. Hence, organizations tried to develop and implement effective measures and methods on how employees are oriented to value system as an underlying factor in dealing with customers. Customers’ satisfaction, hence, make an organization grow rapidly in all aspects of its life.
