Executive Summary
This page represents the business plan of El Filipino
Restaurant. This is located at Diversion Road,
Mandurriao, Iloilo City. Unlike a typical restaurant,
it provides a unique combination of excellent
Filipino food at affordable pricing with a fun and
entertaining atmosphere. It’s the answer to an
increasing demand. The public (1) wants value for
everything that it purchases, (2) is not willing to
accept anything that does not meet its
expectations, and (3) wants entertainment with
its dining experience. This restaurant was
established for Filipinos since 2010 for those who
have less time to prepare and cook their meals when
they go to their offices and go home. And to
become well known to other nationalities the food
that the Filipino has, it is designed by the owners
of the business to focus in Filipino dishes.
Filipino loves to eat especially Ilonggos which
explains why fast foods become visible anywhere in
Iloilo City. These international franchises and their
local limitations dominate. Filipino dining taste, in
turn, has become very Western. It was this way that
the owners of El Filipino Restaurant who once
become a student of John B. Lacson Foundation
Maritime University sight that it’s a big
opportunity to establish restaurant focusing on
Filipino dishes only to restore the original dishes of
Filipino against the foreign fast food concept. El
Filipino Restaurant vision is to become the number
one truly Filipino restaurant that can bring best
local menu in the world-class and a truly El Filipino
Restaurant concept can go global.
