Customers: Customers are one of the main stakeholders who are affecting from the company`s actions and also they are influencing the company`s ideas. Therefore, they have significant influence to company as a stakeholder.

Suppliers: Suppliers are influencing from the company`s actions such as selling more than expected or less than expected. When these circumstances occur suppliers also take some actions towards to companies for instance increase the price or negotiate based on the situation.

Employees: They are direct influenced people who are in the company, whatever actions has been done, they will influence from them straight away. Their circumstances may affect the company`s future plans so both parties are affecting each other.

Shareholders: They are the main party that invest their money to company to get or earn profit form that. If some unexpected situation will occur both parties may affect from each other.

Current order system: The existing system is running for company`s ordering system so if some changes will occur this will affect the company, customer and employees. Because all business is running by the order system any changes may create problems

Dealers and logistic: Any changes in the company`s ordering system will directly affect the logistic because they will organize their work load based on orders. Dealers are also important in stakeholders because they are negotiating with suppliers or merchandisers so their actions significantly benefiting the company when they take right actions, otherwise vice versa.

Conclusion part for the end:

First of all, being in the team atmosphere felt me like professional because we took actions seriously and learnt very well all objectives which has been given in study guide. One of the other important thing is that collaborative working style. During the report preparation each member of the team worked very seriously and tried to finish allocated task on time.
