Introduction

Kudler Fine Foods needs to incorporate five new positions in order to expand business operations and streamline the strategic plan for the company’s future success. These five new positions play a prominent role in areas such as customer retention, marketing, community relations, market share gain, and revenues. The five positions include a business manager, marketing director, catering director, assistant warehouse supervisor, and administrative assistant. Each of these five positions will be extremely important and utilized to the fullest potential.

Job Descriptions

The business manager will be in place to handle all aspects of operations within the 3 different locations as Kudler Fine Foods expands. This manager will be responsible for all business functions at every location. This will will ensure the strategic plan is being followed effectively and that all processes and procedures are streamlined and changes are not made from location to location. Having one person in place to oversee the daily operations of each location is beneficial to the company and saves money in regards to salaries.

The marketing director is in place to ensure all necessary research is being done regarding the market in which Kudler Find Foods is involved in along with all competition the company faces. The marketing director is also responsible for the analyzing the 4 P’s of the company which include product, price, promotion, and placement. This position is extremely important within the company and needs to have a strong individual that is able to work under pressure and stress. The marketing director is in high demand within the company and needs to understand the importance of communication with other departments of the company.
