Each answer is worth seven points.

Use a red colored font for you answers.

Place the answers below the questions.

1. There are three patterns outlined on the screen which one of these is identifying the noise floor?

The Noise Floor is the middle screen display

2. What is the approximate signal level of the noise floor?

Noise Floor is typically 85 to 100dB below or down from 0dB. The noise floor level varies with the quality of Spectrum Analyzer. A better quality Spectrum Analyzer should have a noise floor of 100dB or greater down from 0dB.

3. Of the 11 channels being displayed which ones have the lowest noise floor?

The 11 channels displayed on the 2.4GHz band (802.11b/g/n) have channels 1, 6, and 11 with the lowest noise floor per non-overlapping channels.

4. Inside the circle marked as Pattern 2 is this a signal from one of the three unlicensed fequency ranges?

I looked at the all 7 waveform videos and I saw no circle marked Pattern 2 signal. There was a mark circle and a square of Pattern-1 & 4 in the last waveform video for Part-2 that had no audio and missing the frequency scale.

However, I’ll take a guess and say that this is an Unlicensed Band signal.

5. If it is, what type of signal is this, 900 MHz, 2.4GHz, or 5 GHz?

No information given to allow completion of this question.

The signal is a low power low bandwidth single channel 900MHz signal.

6. Inside the circle marked as Pattern 3 is this a signal from one of the three unlicensed signal ranges?...
