In many respects, your success in business will hinge on your ability to resolve the essential paradoxes of entrepreneurship. A paradox requires you to abandon logic and approach problems from two or more seemingly incompatible perspectives. Coping with a paradox requires use of both sides of your brain: You need rational thinking to identify the contradiction, and creativity and intuition to solve it. Paradoxes galore were on display last week in a panel discussion I moderated with four entrepreneurs at Startup Day on the Hill.
