What are your goals?

My short term goals is work for a repetitive company and to contribute my skills, knowledge and experience, to write my own cheque.

Long term is to grow with the company and add value and bring your company into higher level in the financial or insurance industry and be a great asset to the company.

I would say my short term goal is to get this job and My long term goal is to contribute my knowledge and skills towards the achievement of the overall organizational goal and to be an outstanding performance reference in a competitive and dynamic environment.

How much salary do you expect?

I believe experience is a more important than salary to a fresher like me. So, I expect my salary to be according to the standard of the company and I want to be paid in such amount that can satisfy my basic economical need.

Sir, As a fresher salary is not first priority from me. I want to learn and increase my knowledge at entry level. And I hope you will pay me as per my skills and my hard work towards our company. I expect to utilize my skills and full efforts towards the growth of company which intern company pay me a salary good to me so that I can fulfill my basic economic needs.

Salary plays an important role in everybody's life to meet all the expenses. Being a fresher, first employment matters me a lot and second, the organization in which I am providing my resources plays a bigger role. 

I am hopeful and confident that my career would prosper in your organization as your organization is the fastest-growing companies and I would like to assure you that my contribution would further energize your organisation to meet the objectives of your company, so that we both can excel from our bilateral partnership.

Being a fresher, Salary plays a secondary role for me as I give top priority to knowledge. No matter even we have a lot of money, if we decide to spend money, it won't take much time to spend money. As far as knowledge is concerned,...
