The requirement for understanding the functions and roles of law within the business and society according to Melvin (2011) is “the law is a body of rules of action or conduct prescribed by controlling authority, and having legal binding force.” It comes for the perspective of the inner works of business and academic study. Understanding the society falls within the interpretation of the development through the personal upbringing and the common knowledge. The laws are shared between a learning perspective or a family when they are young and they can obtain information with a direct interaction with legal interpretations so that several people can follow the laws that are provided for them in the way of culture and society. According to Melvin (2011). “Modern law in the United States regulating businesses and individuals is generally a combination of constitutional law, statutory law, common law, and administrative law at the federal, state and local levels. These sources of law are known as primary sources of law and may sometimes work in conjunction with one another or independently (pg. 8). The Constitutional law is describes as the foundation for all law in the United States. Statutory law is a legislative body that is either approved or disapproved by an executive government. Administrative law authorized the authority of the executive branches of the government, and the Common law is made up by the courts that pass the legislature.
You have roles of conjunction within certain jobs that are either expressed or a function. For example, when traveling within the government with commodities these federal employees have to have a certain type of license to be able to operate some motor vehicles. State laws require that you have a valid drivers license in order to operate a vehicle on the roadways and obey the regulations that are posted and...
