Thesis statement
If evidence-based staffing was the prevailing staffing approach, there would be a different picture of patient outcomes, financial performance, operational efficiency, workforce stability, and engagement. The information given in the article will not lead to the creation of new knowledge in relation to evidence based staffing by highlights the importance to the organization to the implementation of an evidence based staffing system.
