The merging of the Internet, Web 2.0, and mobile technologies has generated a troublesome change in companies during the current era as communication is driven by all things social (social media, social networks, and social influence) has emerged as a new model for engagement (Bullas, 2014). Social media, customers and prospects have an immediate platform where they can share ideas, experiences and information. Social media plays a significant role in professional lives of decision-makers as a tools to assist them in their decision-making processes.
