Introduction

The majority of organizations acknowledge the fact that effective human resource management is good practice for businesses and yields success within the long run. In order to be ethical one needs to treat others, including customers and employees, in a fair and proper manner. A firm that would like to grow and gain profits has to create effective relationships with their employees. Enhancing relationships between the employer and the employee is essential to both parties in many ways. First, it increases the level of productivity when the employer treats members of the staff in a respectful manner (Friedman, 2008). Besides, the employees might also acknowledge the fact that improved ethical behaviors could result in higher compensation; hence they will try and improve their ethical behaviors in order to improve their compensation.

For instance, a majority of firms are engaged in relationship marketing in order to maintain and create long-term relationships with their customers. In order for relationship marketing to assist a firm increase its profits, all the employees need to cooperate. Employees who carry out their jobs diligently and conscientiously are rewarded regularly with offers of higher wages. In the Biblical perspective, there is a close relationship of how the relationships between employees and employers should be improved and how it is important. Therefore, this paper discusses how the Bible is related to the human resource management based on the improvement of employer-employee relationships.
