Art Cafe Business

Working hours. Art Cafe will be open from 11:00 AM until 23:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. On Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 AM until 00:00. On a day when we have an evening event it will be open until the last customer leaves.

Clients will be welcome to choose from 14 different compositions of tables and chairs, all distinguished in style. The tables will be with 4 to 5 chairs, giving the Art Cafe a capacity of ~65 seats. The bar will have 5 or 6 additional spots.

We will seek cooperation with the local cultural organizations, which can be beneficial for both of the sides. An example of this might be a mutual promotion with a theater in Odense. We can make a lottery based game where a couple of our customers can win tickets for a stage performance. In the same manner people who attend this performance will be able to win a free meal at our Art Cafe. Before a major upcoming show in the theatre we can also arrange small stage sketches related to it. This will draw attention on the coming new show.

Along with this will try to expand our initial target group by attracting families with their children. The focus will be on the kids, and for them we can arrange special stage performances (puppet theater) played by local actors. It will be great experience both for the children and their parents.

We will try to get support from the local government for the cultural/artistic events – with financing and promoting, or just making connections. We are considering bringing in an entry fee for some of the events, which will get no support.

Another interesting thing, that we are going to have on each table, is the cultural catalogue. It will be a small piece of paper (menu style) showing all the upcoming events in Odense and nearby places for the next couple of weeks or month.
