INTRODUCTION

Background of the Study

The Computer is an electronic device used by company establishments in performing authentic business transactions. It helps a lot working individuals, employees and students in such a way that it makes their activities effortlessly productive. They can search directly specific person or identity using a computer and even check out all the happenings around the globe. It is also a must that a company or small businesses having their computers ready provided by the fact of entering in a business competitive society. The companies nowadays uses computer literate and very competitive in the business (Brian Thomas, 2004)

The Se Academy is a private-owned educational institution and was founded in the year 2001 by Se Family. They are offering pre-school, elementary, and secondary education. The school vision; “To provide quality education in all respective levels and to uplift moral values by being aware of the happenings in the society. The Se Family was headed by Rebecca Se and husband Renato Se altogether with three children who were all accomplished as painter versed in the “Folk Realism” style.

The Timekeeping and Payroll System of the Se Family Academy is imprecise sometimes when it comes in computation of time keeping and payroll. Also the employees of the company are using Bundy clock to indicate in their date time card, the time of work in and out every day and the Accountant administrator based the wages of each employee in that time card. It is a hustle to use and takes a long time creating the payroll slip, and the time keeping which the Human Resources need to encode all the attendance of employee using spreadsheets.

Statement of the Problem
