Standards and Procedures:

-          Attendance and Tardiness – All employees are expected to show up to work on time prepared to do their assigned duties.  On time is defined as but not limited to being able to carry out his/hers assigned job functions at the time they are scheduled to work.  Should you not be able to come into work on time you are to immediately notify your direct supervisor.  If you are unable to come into work it is your obligation as the employee to notify your direct supervisor to inform them of your absence and how long you will be out of the office for.  If you are unable to come into work due to medical reasons do not inform your supervisor as to what the medical condition is.  Employees are allotted up to six occurrences of unscheduled absences per year, however after you have reached four occurrences within one calendar year your direct supervisor will have a coaching and counseling session to review the attendance policy, at five occurrences there will be a written warning and another review of the attendance policy and at seven or more could lead to termination.  Tardiness will have a coaching and counseling session at three occurrences within a calendar year, written warning at four and possible recommendation for termination at five or more within a calendar year.  All work done within the company is expected to be reported.  There is no permissible off the clock work for any nonexempt employees.  All overtime is to be reported and approved by management prior to the overtime work.  However, if an employee does work overtime without said permission it is required that this time to be reported.

-          Dress Code – Our employees are expected to maintain a professional appearance at all times while working within the office.  Your clothes should be neat, clean, in good condition and appropriate for the workplace and you are expected to use good hygiene...
