Organisational Structure and Culture

Monster Incorporated is large factory which hires big amount of people. The mainaim of the company is to collect as much power as possible to provide it to MonsterWorld. Monster Inc hires and trains employees how to collect childrens screamsbecause without it their world wont have any power. Their mission statement is: Wescare because we care (Monster Inc move. A bureaucracy is a form of organizational design defined by a number of characteristics,including a rational career structure as set of formal relations among positions, arranged in hierarchy of ascending authority, with rights responsibilities, and entitlements attached according to the place of the position in the hierarchy

For example:Scarers like: Sully, Randall, George Sanderson they are higher in the hierarchy, hired toscare children and to collect certain amount of power a day.Assistants of scarers: Mike Wazowski , Charlie, Fungus they have to follow rules andthey have responsibilities such as make sure that doors are closed, bring new doors tothe stations and send them back in. They have to change the power containers if they arefull and replace for an empty one.Every employee has a set of task that they need to accomplish from scaring, tofilling up paper work to cleaning floors or controlling the scale of target and profit of day, month. Furthermore, there is one more feature that is classifying Monster Inc as abureaucratic organisation and that feature is authority.
