Crime at Gigantic state University

When members of the Students for fair tuition decided to protest the rising tuition costs at Gigantic State University, things got a bit out of hand. The Students for Fair Tuition marched into the Dunfee Hall shouting and chanting. The Dunfee Hall also happens to be the location of Gigantic State University’s President Dalton Chandlers office. When Chandler’s secretary Prudence Pimply saw the commotion, she went to pick up the phone to call campus police but the leader of (SFT) Steve Steel knocked the phone away from Prudence and “pulled out an amazing life like squirt gun and threatened to blow Prudence’s head off if she so much as moves an inch towards the phone or the door” Prudence than collapses and passes out for the remainder of the time. The (SFT) then tried to break into President Dalton’s office but could not break in so they decided to barricade the door with filling cabinets

An overview and breakdown of the law for the current events

Breaking and Entering: When the students of (SFT) decided to march into Dunfee Hall, they most likely did not have authorization to be there, they could also be charged with two counts since they also stormed into President Chandler’s office in a threatening manner.

Interference with An Emergency Telephone Call: Steve Steel barged into President Chandlers office and saw Prudence Pimply dialing for help (Campus security). He knocked the phone from her hand and presented himself in a threatening manner.

Battery: Since Steve Steel presented himself in a threatening manner he could also be charged with battery depending on the jury.
