Write a vision and mission statement for a local restaurant in your area.

Summed up his organization's goals and objectives, mission and vision. The two companies serve different purposes, but often confused with each other. While the mission statement describes a company want to do now, a visual table summarizes the company wants to become the kind of person in the future.

Mission statement focused on the present; it defines the client (S), the key processes, it informs your desired level of performance.

Vision statement focused on the future; it's a source of inspiration and motivation. Typically, it describes not only the future of the organization, but the industry or social future of the organization hope to achieve change.
