Barbeque food is most popular among residential houses, and takes place at partys or just your average day in your house. American style food and very protein rich mostly. It is the top choice of meal for most American’s.

Smokey’s bad boy BBQ is going to bring great business to its surroundings its stake holders will be the community, the local theme park next to Smokey’s and of course the employees and management. Smokey’s being in a somewhat small town will benefit them greatly it is a very famous restaurant so it attracts tourists helping statewide revenue. The meats used in the foods at Smokey’s are also all 100% organic no hormones or steroids are in their meats helping the consumer stay healthy and fit. Every Tuesday between 645 and 7pm Smokey’s will give out free 4 piece chicken nuggets to help the homeless etc.. Smokey’s also donates 2,000 to the orphanage down the street every month.

When Smokey’s selects who they buy their meat from it is a very long and hard process to find the all natural raised cattle, they are all about quality and since they have been buying from the same consumer for so long they now get the meat at a reasonable price. Developing the relations with a good supplier was key into why Smokey’s is such an successful franchise. Meat co will continue to supply smokeys as long as the business is alive.

Employees here are the elite of people and get paid very well with great benefits working there each employee gets an company car and insuarance, they take pride in their workers and treat them like no others. When hired at smokeys you will receive three days of training all paid for, then one day to test the job and see if its right for you if the company doesn’t think youre a right fit you will not be asked to return.
