1. Both Bosco and QC have quality issues and they both need to realize that. One of their main problems is they may not have the right people checking the steel to make sure the quality is up to date. In order to immediately fix this issue they may have to delay orders and throw out some of the current knives. They also need to be checking all the knives that have already been made to see if they are meeting their standards. Bosco has to decide what the company wants to be known for in the present but also in the future. They may have to make a sacrifice and take a hit to their profits now in order to be more successful in the future.

2. If they are to expand internationally they are going to need to be more prepared. The first thing they need to do in this situation as well is to figure out what they want to be and where they want to be in the future. They need to figure out if expanding internationally is going to be apart of their companies vision. They have not thought about how they are going to market their product if they will expand internationally or the logistics that expanding to other countries will bring on.

3. The first thing Bosco needs to do in order to prepare for international business dealings is to come up with a strategic strategy. They need to figure out if it is going to work out for them. They are also going to need to be well prepared from a staffing standpoint so they are going to need to hire more people very quickly. Taking your business to an international level is going to automatically bring on the need for more employees with their business.

4. There are a couple of different options open to Bosco with regards to expanding overseas. Some of these could be through the Internet, franchising, outsourcing, and licensing.
