Agreement with Content Developer’s

Dear Content Developer,

With respect to all Content Developers, HTRC has decided regarding the following rules, need to be followed by all Content Developers.

         Content Developer’s will make their pay slip within 25th of current month and have to send it to HTRC e-mail, and will be verified by Specific project Manager & later on approved by accountant.

         Content Developers can claim maximum 70% if project has been delivered that month. Partial payment cannot be claimed in case of work in process projects. The remaining 30% will be dispersed with the pay-slip for next month.

         Deadline must be maintained by each Content Developer, if any Content Developer failed to maintain the deadline then he/ she might face penalty of 5% of total work value.

         Content Developers must have to be communicative through email and over phone, they need to provide update to project managers in time as per requirement.

         Content Developers must need to co-operative and flexible in case of doing correction.

         Content Developers must have computer & internet access. After accepting any projects any how Content Developers need to deliver that project in time. For any serious reasons, he is also allowed to deliver his work in office. But no excuse is allowed for late submission. But he is allowed to inform his project manager about any problem before 48 hours of the dead line.

         Sometimes project managers might come to wrier for tele-conferencing with clients. In that case Content Developers need to be co operative.

        The Content Developers is responsible for the correction of his project. But any Content Developer refuse to do this, He/she might face penalty of 10% of total work value.

HTRC Reserves the right to change this terms as per the situation and terminate any Content Developer if not satisfied with their performance and quality of content with proper...
