Team working is usually playing an essential roles within an organization, the team could effectively improve the productivity and efficacy, even the level of performance. However, social loafing or shirking have become one of the most common issue within the team. The French professor Ringelmann(1913) had taken an rope-pulling experiment and acquired the results that the incremental efforts would decreased of the each rope puller efforts.
