Principle of XPA(2) rubber slurry pump

Xinhai XPA(2) rubber slurry pump and XPA(2)alloy slurry pump are both press-suction pumps with small suction lift, so it is suggested to keep the liquid level above the pump center. The motor of XPA(2) rubber slurry pump rotates at a high speed, so the blade of rubber slurry pump can be transformed into pressure energy and kinetic energy of the fluid.

Pumps is mainly composed of impellers and shell. The impeller is installed on the shaft and constitutes a whole with prime motor. The prime motor drives the impeller to rotate and the blade drives fluid to rotate so as to increase the kinetic energy and pressure potential energy. At the same time, under the action of the inertial force, the fluid flows from the center to the edge of impellers. Then it enters the discharge chamber at a high speed. Finally, it is discharged from the discharging tube. This process is called pressurized water process. Meanwhile, because the fluid flows from the center of impellers to the edge, a low-pressure area is formed in the center of impeller. As it owns enough vacuum, the fluid enters the impellers from the suction chamber under the action of the intensity of pressure(atmospheric intensity of pressure). This process is called absorption procedure. As the impeller rotates constantly, the fluid is discharged and sucked in constantly.
