It might be Ruban and Lisa dream to own their own nightclub, but in order for them to do so they will need to make sure they build a club that everyone would want to come to. Now that they have taken a step in trying to maintain their completive advantage by using the web to advertise their club, Lisa and Ruban needs to take it a step further. Club IT needs to improve its Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain Management, and Customer Relationship Management.

Enterprise Resource Planning

Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP for short, is mainly a mixture of business management practices and technology of the modern world. ERP system integrates the planning, management, and user of all of an organization’s resources. The major objectives of ERP system is to tightly integrate the functional areas of the organization and to enable information to flow seamlessly across the functional area (R. Kelly Rainer, 2008). In other words it is this enormous software design that is made to support the streaming and distribution of information. This can provide any executive in the business world with a complete overview of the business performance and influence their decision that they make. Mainly what Ruben and Lisa need to make their business flourish.

Integration is mainly what makes this system work. This process helps develop communication while distribution information. Integrating information while processing it from all functional divisions of any given organization allows the system to combine access and structure workflow. This growth in the ERP systems will allow Club IT with what it needs to improve the performance, transfer of needed information, workflow, and a lot more.
