This article is relevant to the unit 8 topic, because we were concerned with the structure of the high value organization, and the changes of the business environment and how organizations must adjust its business practices to reflect and keep up with the changes. And the future of HR strategy and how HRPs will proceed with development and implementation of its HR strategies. Making it as an HR business partner, is the quest of the HR strategist, acquiring new competencies skills to add value needed to go beyond traditional HR roles. This is the function of HR strategist, to perform as strategic partner providing future validity on how human capital concepts contribute to the organization’s business strategy.

The role of the HR business partner is more important than ever, now that there are more demands on HR to add value. The HR business partner will have to work more through strategic, to consultancy, in influencing and steering its implementation to making a strategic contribution and come up with people strategies. So that business managers realize that making better use of their people, they can make added value to competitive advantages of the bottom line, and the profitability of the organization. Being a good HR business partner requires completely different attitudes, beliefs and skills
