Character

My values are strongly aligned with the character profile. This ethical profile has been developing over my entire life. The experiences that I have gone through with mixed results have molded my character to one of integrity and honor. I do very much care what people think about me and my actions in this life. There had been a point in my life, where I did not care about what other people thought about me and my ways. I have learned though life’s challenges that I must continue to strive to do the right things that would honor my family.

The values that are and were accepted as good in my formative years growing up are still fresh in my memory. Some of these values are appreciation, benevolence, compassion, decisiveness, dependability, truth, perseverance, and teamwork to name a few. I try each day to show actions that would make my family proud that I am a part of them. These values have been internalized to a certain degree, so that most of the time I will do what is right and good. No one is perfect, but I believe that if I try every day to do what is right in God’s sight my ethical character will be in tune to what is right.

The values of Kudler Fine Foods seem to fall in line with my ethics. I do not see anything that is too far out of line in the company that would give me much concern. The lower level workers have to be mentored for development and advancement within the company. I would be more than willing to mentor anyone that needs the added attention in whatever regard. The stores charity endeavors would be increased to a greater level. The stores obviously have the capacity to feed numerous amounts of people and this would be an important steppingstone in fostering good will in the neighborhoods that will be serviced by the stores....
