Introduction

Nowadays, the key to success in every business system is to know how to manage that system. However, managing is not only about having control over but also it is about arranging the right moves to make the best profit and customers satisfied. In order to do that, it is needed to know what kind of structure we need to build our system on. In that point, first move to create our organization is always the most important one, and that movement would be gathering all the details that our system is required to be based on. These information help the management to have a better looking view over system and ensure them that it will be constructed the way they desire it to be.

Implementation

In our case we are asked to implement a cinema company, Star World Cinema, in four different spots which include the total number of forty multiplex theaters which every ten of the is settled in one of the areas.

The company is using five levels of authority which respectively are Cinema manager, Cinema switchboard operator, Area manager, The managing director and The normal staffs. However, everyone has their own responsibility in the organization that makes each levels of authority more sufficient.

Cinema manager

In order to arrange staffs availability, stocks level, food collection, daily ticket selling and seating availability four Cinema managers are hired to handle them for each spots.

Cinema switchboard operator

Cinema switchboard operator’s job is to arrange the showing times for each theaters. To have this organized system in each area four operators are required.

Area manager

There is only one person for area manager whose organic job is to have a control over all four cinema’s food sales promotions running.

The managing director
