Kudler Fine Foods

The organizational structures Kudler Fine Foods was founded by Kathy Kudler who was frustrated by going all over town to find items when she wanted to cook gourmet meals, or needed a tool to prepare her gourmet meals. The mission of Kudler Fine Foods is to provide our customers the finest in selected food items such as, wines and related needs in an unparallel consumer environment (University of Phoenix). The company would like to provide a helpful and knowledgeable staff while having selections from all over the world.

The vision of Kudler Fine Food is similar to the mission; the company wants to provide a one stop shop for customers who want to cook gourmet cuisine. The values of the company is gaining loyal customer who appreciate the finer foods in life. Goals for the company are to have the freshest ingredients in stock and also have fine wine and cheese from all over the world. It is also important to have customer experience connoisseur vision of their own, with everything at their reach.

that Kudler foods has in place are mechanistic organization, which begins with Kathy, then it branches off to three store managers, from the store managers they branch down to the administration, there are three tiers the finance department, human resource department, and the operations department. Specialization carries throughout the organization. Positions are grouped together into specialized work units (Business.com). The purpose of having these key positions in place is to establish a well run and efficient company, with each department having a department head with its members of staff. Each department head reports to Kathy Kudler CEO, who makes the final decision for any change, or improvement for the stores.
