Mr. Oxley, as we all know today’s economy is all about having passionate leaders. The best HR leaders of today’s world have the resilience to question the status quo and offer creative alternatives to business as usual. The most successful leaders demonstrate leadership by building solid business cases for their initiatives and achieving consensus for their proposals. Mr. Oxley, I believe you will show great leadership characteristics as our new boss for Euro Local in Madrid, Spain. Mr. Oxley, you will most certainly use HR as a function to contribute towards the goals of the organization in the following ways (Mind Tools, n.d.): a) Mr. Oxley, as a leader, you must understand and relate to employees as individuals, thus should identify individual needs and career goals, b) Consequently, you should develop positive interactions between colleagues, employees and management to ensure productivity is sustain throughout the organizational culture, c) You must also identify areas of management, where knowledge and sufficient training are mandatory, d) Mr. Oxley, you should be able to operate practices to minimize risk and generate an overall sense of belonging and accountability and e) Finally, you should be able to empower organization and be able to manage people effectively
Mr. Oxley, I would like to congratulate you on becoming as our new boss of Euro Local. Mr. Oxley, your position as the VP of human resources, would definitely entail the HR department, with lots of activities involved in determining an organization’s human resource needs, as well as acquiring, training, and compensating people to fill those needs.
