1. TITLE OF PROJECT: - The title of my research project is “EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION WITH RESPECT TO TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT”. Employee satisfaction is a measure of how happy workers are with their job and working environment. Our definition of quality of life is: The degree to which a person enjoys the important possibilities of his/her life. Training and development needs can be measured with respect to various parameters or factors:-
