The iConsult consulting firm specializes in providing computer solutions for all users needs. The firm is divided into three divisions of administration. They are technology solutions, and sales/marketing, and administrative operations. Administration is responsible for ensuring staffing needs are meet, communication between divisions occurs, equipment and supplies are ordered and delivered, and projects and operations are completed on time. Technology solutions is responsible for talking to customers to get the details of customer requirements, designing solutions to meet customer needs, and implementing or assist implementing design solutions. Sales/marketing is responsible for making initial contact with customers, explaining what iConsult offers, evaluating initial customer requirements, and marketing our services to potential customers.

The technology solutions division is headed by Joaquin Mejia an IT veteran with over twelve years of experience providing IT solutions to users. Mr. Mejia is responsible for ensuring that employees contact clients to acquire specific requirements for their issues, designing solutions to address client problems, and implementing the solutions or assist their IT staff in implementing designed solutions.

The administrative division is headed by Alisha Hazziez. Alisha Hazziez has nine years of Administrative experience. Mrs. Hazziez is responsible for providing clerical support to the I-team and to coordinate a variety of projects with managers, other staff members, and CEO executives inside and outside of the company. In addition, address other operational issues that arise.

Our administrative teams consist of Clerical support, managers, and CEO executives. At iConsult we are self starters driven by a common goal, which is to provide a variety of products and services to our clients.
