Introduction:

Why do graduate students face difficulties to find the suitable job for them?

Nowadays, unemployment embodies a big reason that most graduate students don’t get jobs. Individuals now have a wild knowledge besides their education so, to get a suitable job they must ensure that they have enough skills and knowledge to compete successfully with others. Also, the dynamic of the labor market is an essential cause that must be mentioned. For example, with technology and improvements it’s hard for hand crafts to success, reverse to 20 years ago when any hand craft was appreciated. Some students delay their graduations thinking that this is the solution for them, but obviously they are wrong because they will end up competing with other graduates over a certain jobs sooner or later.

Adding up, this financial crisis puts graduate students under a huge pressure. Having an experience in the field you are attempting to work in, would help a lot in getting the job because most companies prefer and give priority to people with experiences. You can peruse that through internships, part-time jobs, and volunteering.

In addition to what mentioned above, making sure that your interviewing skills are excellent is very important, because you are going to be competing with many other people who do have the experience but it could be your personality that puts you over the top.

2) Pay attention to time and never be late.

3) Always ask the right questions at the right time insightfully.

4) Get to know about the company’s history and its environment.

5) Be aware that some questions might be tricky.

6) Be ready to answer any kind of questions.
