2.6 Reward

Rewards may refer to the recompense- financial or psychic accruing to the entrepreneur, the limitation is attained when and where the success of the venture itself is perceived as a personal reward. (Foss, K., N. J. Foss and P. G. Klein, 2007)

2.5.1 Intrinsic Rewards

Entrepreneur enjoys the creativity and innovativeness that he brings to his venture, their aspect of reward maybe different from other, sometime they could forgo other financial parameters and satisfied by bringing their dream project alive. ( Stevenson, H.H. and Gumpert, D.E. (1991) Entrepreneur reward is much different from the other, they simply just introduce their product and services that brings about improvement in other’ lives, that their ways of rewards. (Giroud, Axele 2003)

2.5.2 Extrinsic Rewards

From the aspect of an entrepreneur, they have the desire of looking for the profit pie and would not hope to share with other, they rather would own the profit to themselves than mere the share. (Gomez, E.T. and Jomo K.S. 1995) Apart from income and wealth that business ownership may bring forth, it may also be source of career continuity for family members, meant by the business could also be the poverty for the next generation. (Kearney, C., R. Hisrich and F. Rochie, 2007)
