INTRODUCTION

Nowadays, Companies are striving to get the customer satesfaction.therefore; they started to do several procedures to achieve the customer satisfaction. They try to remove or shorten the gap between the service provided and the customer satisfaction. In this report, we will take a look on how stc (Saudi Telecom Company) faces the gap and how it deals with it. The report will first give overview on STC. Then, will show the gaps and how STC removed or closed it. Finally, there will be a conclusion at the end of this report.

Saudi Telecom Company was incorporated in 1998. STC is the leading national provider of telecommunication services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company is working continuously to fulfill and satisfy the market requirements, keeping pace with the emerging technologies in the telecommunications sector and satisfying its customer's needs.
