Ethics are a fundamental part of not only our personal lives but our business lives as well. Businesses that lack ethics are doomed for failure. In today’s society businesses have an enormous responsibility to maintain an ethical environment and ethical employees. Businesses like Kudler Fine Foods that are ethical have an advantage over other companies because they have customer loyalty which brings back returning customers and ensures Kudler will have many new customers in the future.

One of the best things about Kudler Fine Foods is it values using only the finest organic ingredients from local organic farmers. This is very important because it helps stimulate the local economy while staying true to the fundamental beliefs of the company. This type of commitment is very appealing to Brandi because it helps not only Kudler but those in the organic farming industry as well.

One of the most important things to Brandi is honesty. While it is a given in big business honesty is not always valued it is very important for those who work together to be honest with one another and to be honest about the products they provide. Another aspect of Kudler Fine Foods that is very admirable is the donations they make to local charities that feed the homeless. With the economy in a state of disarray it is very important to think of others when you can.
