InterClean is currently on the forefront of reorganization. The company is implementing full services solutions packaged in response to the changes in environmental safety for our clients. This reorganization includes the execution of the full-service solutions package. This all-inclusive service will allow our team to give our employees a one stop shop for all their needs. With this new strategy comes an area of concern. We as manager will have to understand how our behavior affects the productivity of our workers, how we as management have to align ourselves with the employment laws and ensure that we do not violate those laws, and we have to identify the best practices on how to work in a diverse environment.

* To keep our team in line with David Spencers vision, our team at InterClean, Inc. is faced with the reorganization and the implementation of the full services solutions packages and we have some areas that we need to focus on our behavior so that productivity is not affected. Areas that will need to be focused on is the implementation of multi-functional teams rather than individual sales reps; evaluation of current staff; staff reductions; future staffing requirements; and training on new all-inclusive service. These areas and how we go about finding solutions and/work them can impact productivity.

* There are rumors filtering through the facility that have to be addressed but with only fact based information. Any perceptions cannot be supported due it will only fuel the rumors and therefore affect the workers productivity. It is key that we as managers lead by example, listen to your employees and their fears and stay calm, deal with issues as they arise with diplomacy and tact so not to exaggerate the situation.
