The pre proposal conference on the poultry project of CLAP !

If any of the districts are not functional what happens

One of the provinces in logar is not availbel at the moment. So due to the security situations the work within this district may be changes to another district. So please consider one of the distrcits as may be changes. But in the proposal please consider the same one which has been written there. This is the charkh district.

So some different technics can be used to reach the unreachable provinces.

An example is the bagrami district of the province.

The number of the chickens cant be higher then 15 since this is a model that has been applied so far and based on the survey according to the social living standards which starts from 15 and it has created a good result in Balkh and Jozjan. So this model is the beginning of the project family business and they their self can add on the 15 chicken according to their living standards.

The cup is a contribution of the beneficiaries that can be designed for more then 15 chickens.

It is possible to extend the training modules within the business development in the proposal.

Both the forms of tech 4 must be filled. There is a 30% difference among thtem

Question :

The number of trainers and the project process which is 18 months may be not consistence. The period of project which is being implemented at the same time with the training and other projet activities with the number of project staff is not possible.

Answer:

We saw that this hasn’t been at the same period of time in other projects. But we need to go ahead according to the plan. But may be there has been some problems in the area and if the monitoring team can see some problems in the area then later the implementation period can be altered…

Sometimes may be monitor can be a trainers as well. It can also be recommended in the proposal that due to the specific problems the staff can be used for different purposes.
