Operational manager

Job Description:

1. Operation

a. Search for and negotiate with the suppliers to ensure stable supply of resources in a reasonable price

b. Plan and oversee the supply and distribution of materials for each unit

2. Management

. Establish and implement long-term goals and strategies for organizational operations

a. Review the external operation environment regularly and take immediate actions for any important changes (i.e cost, competition etc.)

b. Review the progress in achieving the organization’s goals and strategies regularly, cooperate with and instruct the lower level management to ensure the macro goal is transformed to detailed plan. Make prompt amendment on the plan once there is any defects.

c. Set general quality standard for food and services for each units, and keep regular review on it with lower level management to ensure the operation quality adheres to the policies under proper supervisory system
