ELSHROUK for Food Industries was established in 2004 on 22,000 m2 and it is a subsidiary
of ELSHARK for Trade and Distribution, which is the mother company that was established
in 1980.
The main activity of the company is packaging and distributing oranges, grapes, mandarin,
pomegranates, lemon and grape fruit to various regions in the world.
The estimated production capacity of the company is 80 ton/hour, which results in a seasonal
production capacity of 45,000 tons/year. This makes us from the three leading exporters of
Citrus Fruit in Egypt.
Farms :
Since 1988 we made sure that our farms were located in the most fertile regions of Egypt;
the farms are owned and centrally managed by EL-Shrouk Company through an integrated
food safety and quality management system that complies with international regulation &
standards.
Our farms produce a capacity over 1,500 hectares of oranges per citrus harvest season
(which starts in October and ends in May). They contain a big variety of citrus fruit:
Mandarin, Navel oranges, Valencia oranges, Superior grapes, Flame seedless grapes and
pomegranates.
We are consistently undergoing the latest agricultural techniques in order to maintain, if not
surpassing the high quality we promise our customers to offer.
