Ethical and Moral Issues

The difference between ethical and moral can be many and depending on the individual discretion can have the same basic rules. Dictionary.com definition of ethical is accepting personal behavior and governing morality as a set of principles. An ethical level may have many involvement of values of how can it be done or how to it can be achieved with fairness and harmony. Individuals can take the complexity of his or her individualism and not consider taking care of him or herself. A person would want from others of what he or she would not do or refrain from doing something un-ethical as an individual. One must take a look at one’s proper personality relation and one’s own duties to each other as an individual and not compare to others.

For example, Society views homosexuality to be morally wrong and to allow homosexuals the right as heterosexuals is unnatural. Many people believe it is unethical to discriminate against a group of people; such as his or her race, color and culture, but by not allowing the same rights afforded by heterosexuals for homosexual is unthinkable. This is an example of ethics and moral at battle (r, 2010).

This paper will continue to explain the differences between ethical issues and moral issues and how businesses are affected by problems that arise from personal ethics and business code of ethicts. Acquiring personal ethics skills will guide and prepare an individual when risks are taken to avoid making a bad decision. An ethical problem can come from dealing with customers and suppliers in negotiating a valuable deal or can come from personal experience.
