By studding this art I will find out what is the purpose of this artwork. Does the artwork have any religious meaning? Did the artist create others similar to this? Did the artist create this for a special purpose? Is this kind of style was popular in this time? What audience was the artist trying to appeal by making this art piece? Why do I suppose the artist placed the art in this loation? Does the architecture in this art piece reflect the culture in this time? How does this art reflect Germany at the time? What was the medium of this piece? Why was it named the Amalienburg? What influences did the artist have while creating this? Does the location this artwork is located in mean anything in terms of its meaning? I will find these answers by researching and reading books, articles, magazines and tourist websites for Germany, where this art piece remains. This artwork to me, suggests an elegant and classic, more modern art compared to most popular artwork during the time. I believe this art is the German adoption of the Parisian art. From having knowledge about the 18th century, I can draw conclusions about the pieces design and popular colors with royal gold colors that lead me to believe that this art may have been for a person who is in a higher class. The delicate and eccentric specific details on this, like the ceilings design and the beautiful mixture of boarders and paisley-like designs make me also lead me to believe that this artworks completion was over duration of many years. The architecture was very complex and showed craftsmanship of great skill, so that leads me to believe that the artist as well had great talent and had skillful talents.
