BUSINESS OVERVIEW

Wonderland is launching an amusement park with its own name. The company consists of 4 directors namely, Adil Sajid, Ahmed Farid, Kaleem ullah Masood and Ahsan Saeed. All these directors share same and equal responsibilities of the business. The profit and loss is also share equally. Basically Wonderland consists of two types of park. One is the Theme park and the other is the Water Park. The question which arises over here is that what makes Wonderland different from other amusement parks in Karachi. Wonderland’s unique selling proposition is the fastest and the tallest roller coaster (tower of terror) in Asia. Previously Japan had the tallest roller coaster. Our amusement park consists of various exciting dry rides. All our dry rides will be imported from America and it will be of the same brand which is available in six flags amusement park. The descriptions of the various types of rides are later discussed in our report. Coming to the other section of our amusement park which is the water park in which we have some unique ideas of entertaining people. Although we have different slides and water rides but what makes us different from the other water parks in Karachi is the artificial beach facility which wonderland is providing to its customers. We will have our own beach connected with the wave island of our park. This is an entirely new feature of a water park in Pakistan and will attract a lot of people. Apart from rides and Water Island we have a beautiful garden in the middle of our amusement park, where different small rides will be available to children (free of cost).

1.1 OBJECTIVES:

Wonderland is a huge business. The main objective or aim of Wonderland is to become the Asia’s best Amusement Park. It will take a lot of efforts from the owners, employees’ vendors to achieve this huge goal. The visions manifest itself in the following way:
