People Immigrant

People leave their country for many reason, such as poverty, lack of safety, high crime rate, lack of services, drought, flooding, and war. All above just want to have a better life. But the people how migrate to another country, there will have advantages and disadvantages for the host country.

One of the main advantages of the host country is that it will help host country’s economy. For example, according to the Small Business Administration, shows that immigrants are 30 percent more likely to start their own business in the United States than non-immigrants, and 18 percent of all small business owners in the United States are immigrants. That tells us more small business US has, there will be more jobs for the people who is unemployment.

On the other hand, the host country also have disadvantages which means some under-educated, illegal and elder immigrants will also move in to the host country. Those people will increase the aging population especially such as USA that already been told the society is aging and needs young worker. And also, in 2006, thirty-four percent of recent adult immigrants had not completed high school in USA which will decrease the educational level. (The rate was 60 percent for illegal immigrants.)

The host country has undoubtedly both advantages and disadvantages. In addition to increasing the economy. However, it can also make some bad influence of host country. All in all, it would seem that the host country has to prove the quality of the immigrant.
