Riordan Manufacturing Service Request

Riordan Manufacturing is a worldwide plastic manufacture. The company’s development and research is complete at the business head office in San Jose, Ca. The company want to take the most advantage of the technology trend to update their human resources department system. Also, in this request we will gather, and share the information that Riordan need to use to get the request complete it. The business requirements for the development of the HR system is to maintain the objective of the request and techniques that will be provided in the service request. We will need to look for key factors that will help us to develop the HR system that we can use and to determine what we need to get done with this request. For example, techniques is a key factor, design, requirements, scope, and conclusion will help us complete the project plan for the service request on time.

Information gathering

When developing a development plan it is important to gather information from different and pervious source that was used for different project for the company. This will be number one step to follow to achieve your information gathering. First, to start the information gathering process, I will meet with everyone in the IT department, management, and the users/stakeholders for the HR system to discuss the project with them. Planning a meeting is a great idea to do, because I can gather ideas, information’s, and techniques from them that I can add to the project for the HR system. this meeting will be an open question meeting, I will allowed them to ask me question and I will see what kind of information I need to share with them to get the information I needed for the project.
